I like to do stopmotions. I use a digital camera, Photoshop to clean irregularities out of the pictures,Stopmotion Pro5 software to render my animation, Moviemaker to code to WMV . But it is still oldfashion stopmotion.

I can't give any sort of critique, I don't know anything about stop motion animation.
But I thought it was really fun, simple but original, cute! :D

I don't know much about the making of stop motion so I can't give you much insight .. but I liked it .. I know it's a lot of hard work :)

Overall.. i liked it, but i'm getting edgy of the music :P
And sometimes I had the feeling that the movement was like one frame to short, but what the hell... it was nice!
I have made (with some other people) a little stopmotion movie myself.
Thats almost a year ago. But here you can find it if you want to see it.

How long did that take? That's so cute, I thought the music fit perfectly.

But that doens't mean it's nice music ;)

First off: Thanks for liking my clip, it's always nice to be appriciated :) even if you are an amateur animator like me :)
Second: It took some 30 hours, some 750 images, half a kilo clay and 3 sixpacks :D
The music you can find on the Royalty Free Music. I looked for circus or clowny music and this is what I found.
Cheers!

Liked it. I wont drink milk for quite some time (it looked like milk what he was drinking :)
I'm planning a new, longer one but it will take some time to finish it. I'm in the storyboard phase.
Have a nice weekend all.

Definitely great for a first start. Some things you may want to consider with blinks. We do it when we are transitioning thoughts or at times, to wet our eyeballs (although it is misconceived that we need to put blinks in "just because"). Also it would be good to pick up The Animators Survival Kit to gain a whole plethora of information in dealing with animation. The medium maybe different, but the principles are the same and there is still allot to be learned.

Stop motion takes a lot more patience than I could hope for haha. It just makes me respect those that do it even more. Good job on both of them :D.
