I kinda need some help. Usually when you enter a flash website, there's the 'loading' screen that helps boot up the site. I'm wondering how you actually make it do that. Last time I made a flash site, I just pretended to have a 'loading' screen and instead basically made a false one and it was just a flash animation; saying it was loading up the page. So in theory, it wasn't really a loading screen (if this makes any sense).
Is there a site or any help I can recieve on how to do this properly?
Hem rambot.
I could post the code for ya, and tell you what code to put on frame2 and what to put on frame 3, and it would work great.
But you wouldn't learn anything. And in Flash, you need to know AS.
There are thousands of tutorials (Free ones included) on how to accomplish this. I'm guessing that if you type "AS2 preloader" in google, you will find what you need.
Good luck man!

You know what! Here is a good one... its done well, and explains all of the steps.
MAKE SURE YOU READ THE ACTIONSCRIPT EXPLAINED PART!!!!
