Greetings to all my new design friends --
I just put out my first publication: Chaotique, an obliterary journal.
Content is comprised of comics and writing. Graphics were scanned, tidied up in photoshop, and laid out in InDesign. Color separations were drawn with a sharpie, scanned, cleaned up in Photoshop, traced in Illustrator, and then of course laid out in InDesign. Then I printed the the whole thing on a 24-year old 1-color AB Dick. Then my wife collated the entire thing by hand and we took it to the bindery.
Cover stock: French Paper Co. Pop-Tone "Pink Lemonade," Text stock: French Paper co. Dur-o-Tone "Brown Packing Wrap". Inks: Brown, pink, white and red on the inside, red, orange and white on the cover.
