Hello everyone,
I am making a large scale poster (96in x 42in) of a table in Excel that has text and graphics. Can anyone help me with the following?
1. I create a new file and create a text box then 'place' the excel file into the document. After it is placed the Excel table is too big for the canvas and text box. How do I fit the table to the text box (text box is basically the size of the canvas)? The object-fitting commands are greyed out.
2. After placing the table I can't see the graphics that were in Excel. How do I import those too. I used formatted import when placing the table.
I have about 32 columns of Excel data and about 60 rows I think. So the table is very large and I need to create a huge poster in order to see all of the data. This also creates a font size problem too. If anyone know how I might be able create something visually pleasing I would be open to any ideas. I have access to Excel, InDesign, Word, Powerpoint, and Photoshop. I would like to try to create something that would just update data later since I will have to do this again. The next times may be different numbers of columns and rows.
Thank you!
