Question on Page sizes

On two particular documents, every portion of the page is the same (Bleeds, slugs, size), except for the margins for the page, and every time I sync the documents it says the page sizes are different. Is that because of the margin size?

You mean through the book feature, Optimus? And I've used book to sync documents of different sizes before, without any complaints from the software.
