Though you are right.... I don't even think he means that. I think he means, you can make somthing from scatch using photoshop, that you don't have to just edit photos........ I don't picture him knowing what HDR and Raw is.

I fixed the settings, it works now! :D
The map will be playable in less than a month, i think.
I'll stop by here and tell you when it's up :)

Took me about 10 minutes. Consists of gradients and lines only Though I did use the spherize filter once.

Although i would personally have made the black more gray (dark gray) and the white a gray also, but that's just me.
