OK, I am new to this forum, I'm not sure how this works. But I am having problems getting my Pantone Coated pallet to show up. I go to window, swatch libraries, pantone coated…then nothing. It won't open up. Has anyone else had this problem before and if so, what did you do to fix it? Thanks!!!

is yours a cracked version? cracked programs are often missing data.</div>

Probably a pref thing. I've had it happen. You on a Mac? or PC.
Try dumping preferences. That usually fixes it.
Sometimes you just need to reload.
Also, download the 10.03 update for Illy free from Adobe. Fixes other Pantone issues.
