Is there a way in InDesing to convert a stroke to a shape?
Like "Outline Stroke" in Illustrator?

No, this was asked a week or two ago (Somewhere on the forums, you could search for it) but if it's a straight stroke you could draw a skinny box in place of a line.

Sorry, I posted a little hastily... I found the other post.
It's a stroke on an oval... :(

Thanks for the reply.

You give up too easily.
InD has a rudimentary Pathfinder palette.
make an oval, make a smaller oval, use the pathfinder to knock out the smaller oval (subtract from shape).

Or, copy the shape into Illustrator, outline the stroke there, and then paste it back into InDesign. :D
