Hi Gdf'ers.

Been busy renovating my house, and haven't had much opportunity to check in lately. How's everyone doing?

I've finally got my work site up, and would be very grateful it you could check it on your computer to see if it works. If you notice anything not lining up, or just looking odd, could you please let me know what system you're running, and what kind of browser you're using?

Thanks! The site is www.flashlightdesign.com (http://www.flashlightdesign.com)

ps: there will be a couple of changes made before I do any promotion for the site. The flower image will be replaced with a subtle flash movie to give the page a bit of movement, and the portfolio with be dynamic and won't use pop-ups.

One thing I did notice which bugged me, was when I clicked on your thumbnails in your portfolio, the windows opened up slightly to small, cutting off a tiny bit of the image (OSX 10.3 Safari). But considering your going to change this it doesn't really matter :)

Nice site by the way.

You tried to do something with the headers, like setting a session for example, after you already sent some html to the browser.

Otherwise the the site looks nice. A couple of things:

On the side bar on the left, top right hand corner, the gray dotted 1px line extends to the corner, thus extending beyond the rounded corner of the box.

You might want to consider making your logo (top left) clickable to return to the homepage?

Thank you Benjamin. I am so exhausted from painting and moving furniture all weekend, I can't quite wrap my head around even trying to figure out what's up with my php at the moment. Perhaps the morning will bring new perspective.

I'll fix the gray in the corner by putting a couple px's padding on the div. I completely spaced making the logo clickable - thanks for the reminder.

Almost there... If anyone is up to it, I'd really appreciate it if you could cast your critical eyes once more at www.flashlightdesign.com (http://www.flashlightdesign.com).

I think I caught all the bugs you mentioned above. I've also made the portfolio section db driven, and it's that area in particular I'd like you to see if you can break.

Thanks much!

noticed you have Boyd Vision Centre in the print section twice.

Thanks Cat. That's mighty odd - it's only in the db once. Hrmmm. I know just enough about this stuff to really screw it up, but not enough to fix it!
