Critique please

[flashlight]

Hi,

This is a website in rapid development. I'm hoping to get the thing done by next week, and could use your help. There are 3 pages:

Here's what I know: the banner on each page will be flash-based, with relevant info for each page floating in, with the images in the background rotating in a slide-show.

I also know I don't like the configuration of the 3 buttons on the right sidebar on the two inside pages. Any suggestions for their layout?

I say loose the buttons, and just use text. maybe put a small box around em all??

it's a very soothing shade of blue.

I like the layout, but see what you mean about the buttons. I agree with what unc said, and will offer one more suggestion. how about:

Wish I could see them larger ...
Colours look nice. Just check the client doesn't demand bright colours - sometimes I find that and it scuppers my nice subtle theme.
