Last one for today,
This one has to be finished over the weekend, so any feedback would be great!
Two posters, different sizes. Both are quite large, so the small type will be legible - it's actually 14 point.

I like the layout of the first one, but I think the line breaks need reworked.
I'd break after Zeiss, after centre or is depending on how the other break lines tings up, after off, and after customized.
Also I might try either using mix caps or small caps for the main type.

i don't like the photo of the first one.. i like the second one the best.. but maybe make the photo bigger and place the girl on the bike more to the left and blur out the background of the photo more to make the focus on her.
and that text over the photo isn't working out good, maybe change the color or add somthing behind it to make it read.
great job though!!

text down the side of the 2nd one needs to be more legible...hard to see in the grassy bits.
woohoo! where'd you get the photographs?

I'd try putting a slight gausian blur dropshadow of the text in photoshop so when you placed the image back into whatever program you are using (what program are you using by the way?) the vector type will sit ontop of the photoshopped background, should help considerably with readability.

hmm... maybe its not that the back ground that needs to be blured more, maybe the girl on the bike brighter. and i hate to say it cause its a heavey task but, i think yo need to recreate those over exposted 'sun light' areas on her skin... it would look 10 times better.

Thanks everyone. The photos are from the client, and are not my choice. Both of them had a bunch of type on them that I had to remove with the clone stamp.
Fixion: program used is photoshop cs. I find I'm using photoshop more and more for vector stuff too. I'm an illustrator power user, but damn if I'm not finding photoshop quicker for some things.
Silence: good point about the over-exposed areas of skin - not that big a deal to fix.
Version 2 coming up!

Agree with Fixion. Top one is best, but needs work on the type. Doesn't seem to flow, needs to be re-worked maybe even re-written.
I don't like the front tire sticking out on the second one, looks wrong. Good design all in all though. Nice work.

I think the top one would be best, but the eyes aren't in focus (well right eye anyway)!?! Or is that me!?! Damn maybe i need lazer treatment, book me in!
Hmmmm... Maybe it does work after all!

On the top one, the lhs text is not so easy to read because only 1 or 2 words to a line. Can you stretch it to 2 or 3 words to a line, like in the bottom one?

Here's version two. There are 3 posters in the series, two large (24 x 36) and one smaller (18 x 24). These have been approved by the client, but haven't gone to print yet. Thanks for all your help!
Note: when I shrunk the posters down to post, it screwed up the scale of the drop shadows, so I turned 'em off. The headline has a crisp shadow behind it, as does the 'Using...' text, making it easier to read.
