Hi PPl,

Ok I'm a bit of a newb here... been using photopaint for some time now but not really used it. What I need to do is create some text with a pictorial background. For instance I'd like to create 'UNITED KINGDOM' in say cooper black but have the Union Jack as a background to the letters (so that the letters are made out of the Union Jack). I can't see how to do this using masks etc. any ideas?
Using Corel photopaint 12

Cheers,

jon.

in your layer window drag the image so its right above the text layer, then on the line in between those 2 layers hit option(alt for pc)+click.

OR

cmd+click the layer of the text, then select the united kingdom image and it the layer mask button at the bottom.
