Adding additional selection to a Clipping Path

I am currently working on applying a clipping path to a CD in Photoshop CS. I was successfull at creating a CP on the outside, but cannot create one on the inside of the CD. Any help is appreciated.

To create a compound clipping path, or to transform an interior path to remove material, you need to change the pen drawing mode from the default '+' to '-'.
