New website, and new metal mood lights

I like the colors and the layout, but the navigation(home,aboutus...)and lights painting ideadesigns doesn't fit to the rest.I think the buttons should have the same pattern like the metal and not such a 'big' 3d-effect.
But it's a website I want to know more about. I mean I must look through the whole site and it caught me.

That is some weird stuff but for some reason I am drawn towards the light! ha! Sorry just in a mood today. I find my eye doesn't focus on anything. There is so much there it keeps my eyes moving around so much. Not a real fan of that. I understand the idea of the whole page looking like metal but maybe that is too much. You want ppl to concentrate on looking at your pieces of work. You really have a great talent so let that come out. Let that be the focus.

Thanks guys I will take your advice on my site when I redesign it which will probably be soon.
