Just comments on the site Unc. I'm sure GoBrainstorm isn't trying to sell ice to us Eskimos.

i'll comment on whatever i like pd! and don't give ME that stoney look of yours.... aww...okay. you win.
i KNOW this dude wasn't hustling. his bit 'Can't I Design My Own Logo' made me laugh and laugh...
there are things that i would've done differently on the site, but we'll just call that different tastes. no, let's say different strokes - sounds better. colours are lively, illustrations cute, site is user-friendly. if it works, run with it!
as for YOU pd: see me after class.

The pitch of the site seems good, lively colours and comes across well.
The images are not as sharp as they could be - especially the text graphics.
The layout has a slightly clunky feel to it - I'm not too keen on the gap between the nav buttons and the left hand menu.
The shadowing is a bit too dark for my taste, especially on the buttons and the drop shadows.
But overall comes across well with a good energy.

I think you've done an excellent job.
From the customer's perspective you've made it fairly easy to navigate, answered every question they could have, given samples and PRICES (the First thing a customer looks for of course) and resources galore. Lots of work went into this site and it's obvious that you take your job seriously enough to spend that kind of time on your own image. I think viewers woulf feel confident and in good hands hiring you.
Putting multiple logos on one page makes it easier to navigate and easier on the brain than say, 1800mylogo... I like it.
You've got some better logos on subsequent pages than the ones on the first page. I'd show my best right off.
Regardless of taste - that's between you and the client. The site looks clean and professional in the style that it is :)
We should all work so hard on our sites.

Benjamin beat me to my main beefs, the fuzzy text and the gap between the left banner and the nav bar.
Personally, I'd have put the nav buttons down the left side, where you have more room, and the 5 steps where the nav is. I'm not keen on the double layer for the nav, but it's certainly not going to make a difference whether I buy from you or not.
The fuzzy images might make a difference though.
To be brutally honest, the whole thing looks a bitt 1998. Is that harsh?

Thanks for all of your comments! To be honest, I don't see the fuzzy images/text on my computer screens (one mac & one PC), but I will check into that. Not sure why things would be fuzzy. My main goal in designing things the way I did is to differentiate myself from my competitors, thus the loud colors, etc.

not bad, only. I would remove 1 item from the portfolio. The logo that is a plain yellow oval, that says 'your company logo here'. it looks a bit 'Quick' you have a large enough portfolio, that is a pretty expendable item that may look like you are trying to put what ever you can in your portfolio. The pretty original, and nice and bright. good luck w/ the business ;)
