Hi there,

I'm a student new to this forum and I would be interested in your oppinion of my site I'm currently working on. There is a lot to do, for example darker text, smoother clouds... but what do you think of it as it is now?

great stuff just needs more contrast in the text and head lines and footer lines could be a bit darker - the clouds scanning is jerky

I agree with the others about the font, its much to hard to read.
not sure about the picture of the clouds on the main page niether, I would like to see something more fitting.

Other then that I really like the design so far, love the colour theme, pinks and whites and greys go real good togather. logo is nice too.

Nice visual style. Very sutble and sophisticated.
Clouds are too jerky, as you said.
I guess you know that ACME is a joke company name on all the disney cartoons etc., ... are you deliberately playing off that?
Text is much too light (I actually couldn't read it).

Hey,
thank your for the critique. I try to fix the clouds, but if i make a quicktime out of it the file-size increases drastically...maybe i should place something different instead of it.

Additionally I try to vectorize the bitmaps in that pseudo-3d navigation, but my mac just doesn't want to support my efforts. Flash always crashes.

I'll work on it and have to say, that this forum is pretty much the best I've seen so far, for it has this variousity in discussion-topics.
