Stock Photos

I work for a small department that only has one designer (myself) and they keep asking for more design that include "real" photographs as opposed to Illustrations. They are willing to invest a little bit of money but not that much because only one person will be using them. I work for an educational institution so they don't get that much funding for this.

Can anyone recommend a good stock photography CD that is relatively inexpensive? Or maybe a web site that provides cheap stock photography.
