Ok the T-Shirt is part of a project, The Altenative Paradigm, Graphic Design & Social Responsibility.
I designed the T-shirt " straight jacket" to show maddness and restraint, what do you think?

The idea is interesting. The design looks ok, but I think it might help to have at least something on the front? That way when people look at you they don't wonder why you have these strappy things hanging down from your sleeves. Just a thought. Oh, will those be actual buckles or just an image of buckles?

The buckles i was thinking of velcro with the image in it. Also i was thinking of losing the buckles, and having the straps longer so they can be tied around the back and a siagram on the back on how to use the t-shirt for self-restraint

The diagram sounds like a good idea, you could present that in a funny way. Post up the one with the diagram when you can. :)

I think it needs an image/words that describe your idea, not just typing it out with text. Maybe the diagram is the right idea? Not sure.
I like your concept though. It just needs a little more execution.

Looking at this further, i wonder if it might be more successful if you could just get a tshirt with really long arms. (the way straight jackets are? I think) The straps look a kind of awkward. or maybe just attach them at the end of the sleeves? Just a thought.
