I like your minimalist Funk Boutique site. You need some content though.
The rollovers have a delay - I'm guessing that you haven't set the images to preload? Or use CSS.

without html text content your site will have a very hard time with search engines

it's like all the wingdings dropped acid, ate a mushroom sandwich and had a klazy, klazy clipart orgy. i haven't decided whether i like it or not! if it was a promotional t-shirt, i'd wear it.

The idea (for the last design) is excellent but I don't think you are quite there yet wih the size/placement of the grey icons?

No. I wouldn't buy it. However, if the brand 'Funk Boutique' had some kind of association or goal that I myself could associate with - like a funk house and disco nightclub - possibly. As it is - and as Benjamin mentioned - the lack of content and therefore 'get on board this trendy merchandise campaign' factor leave your designs out in the cold. What effect would the STUSSY or IBIZA logos be on a t-shirt if people didn't know what it was associated with!?

Hope my brief comments were use-full.

Nice look. I don't like frames though. Your navigation is broken on it... when you click the "Home -> Sweet Home" link it breaks the layout and opens up a second frameset inside your main frame. Be sure to add a "target=_parent" to your link, if you want to completely refresh the home page. Otherwise, reference the htm file for the main frame instead of your index.htm frameset.

you've got some frame problems... click > home > sweet home and is opening the entire site inside your frame... and the pink image looks blurry...
