Nice kitchens, but I have issues with both of them.
Now don't be offended, this is a critique about your concept design, not the 3d capabilities, since I saw on one of your other videos you used a 3d software that had the models premade by others (which is fine).
1st kitchen: Stove top and seating locations are too close (if someone was sitting at those locations and your cooking bacon, ouch). Also the seats on the side by the ovens, would be a fire marshal issue, it would be too close to cooking devices.
2nd kitchen: 6 lights above the seating area, you would only need 2 at the most, especially with that fixture type.
I would use 5 lights, 3 over the counter area, then 2 over the eating area (centered)
The seating area.. Are those boxes (ouch)?
Both kitchens: 3 ovens?
After working with Electrical Engineers for 5 years I've learned a few things about electrical code, and the design aspects. 3 oven's is a waste of energy/electricity. An oven requires it's own circuit, a stove top requires it's own circuit, a combo stove/oven requires it's own circuit (mostly because the stoves and ovens run at 240volts each in the US). Then, you would need an extra electrical panel just for your kitchen appliances. A decent quality electrical panel is not cheap by any means.
I'm downloading that software to give it a try. ;) I'll tell you what I think of it.

Yeah I got your email about the kitchen. :) not bad for your age.
Now my opinion about that free 3d software..
It is a pile of poop.
I worked with it for a few days (about 3). It was easy to understand, but I did not like how it was limited on the wall angles (only allowing 45 degree walls). When walls can be made in 1/2, 1/4, or 1/8 circle quadrants.
