In the menu's at the top (file, edit, layout, etc) some of the options you can select in there a highlighted with a darker box with rounded corners. Any idea why?

I know in Photoshop for your workspace you can choose "what's new in CS4" which describes that ... or you can choose another one like advanced, or essentials. Workspaces are good, set up your windows where you want them and save the workspace. Then whenever your windows get all over the place and you have trouble finding your palettes, just reset the workspace.

Yup. Read my post. You're in the "typography" workspace. Choose something like "advanced".
(under window/workspace ... or the top right of your screen)

Ahh, I see. Sometimes I'm a little slow.
Thanks

Not a problem. I guess it's nice that some of the workspaces have things highlighted, but personally they drive me crazy.

I am too for the stuff I use all the time, but some of the stuff I only use occasionally. I was wondering if it was supposed to be there or if it was a problem with my install.
