Help...i am so lost

I am not a graphic designer, but I play one at home. I need some help and nobody else seems to be able to help me.

I make cute little signatures for a website I belong to. My problem is when I export the pictures and then load them to photo bucket, they get all messed up. There are lines through them. Here is an example of one of them.

I make them using The Print Shop 23 Deluxe software. I don't know what I am doing wrong. The designs are clear in the program until I upload them. I am using a HP Pavilion computer. I did not have this problem with my old computer and software.

CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I AM DOING WRONG!!!!!!!!

It's because you are exporting as a GIF file. Gif's only contain 256 colors hence the grainy look. Export it as a jpeg and it should look a lot better. :)

Thank you for your response. Saving as a GIF is the only way I know to not have a white background around the design. I have also tried saving them as a PNG but still have the white background. Is there another way or is there a way to remove the white background?

I don't have any experience with The Print Shop 23 Deluxe software so I don't know. PNG should give you a transparent background if you had one to begin with.
