Those halftone programs do single color

I suspect the OP wants to do seps without a clue.

I suppose you could do that by "Print as PDF" function, setting it to CMYK seps, open each of THOSE in PS, saving as JPEGs, and then Rasterbating all over them or whatever. Of course, this all begs the question, why isn't the screen printer prepping these halftone separations? For all the trouble of this halftoning process, the only real would seem to be to simulate how it would look with fatass LPI, unless OP were doing the printing himself. Which hopefully he isn't; silkscreening process color is presumably a nightmare w/o proper gear.

do you have a tutorial of that like you said printing by pdf?
