odd question about swearing NSFW

howdo all
i have a picture in my mind.
it's a black and white picture of an angry looking guy flipping the bird into the camera. it's a famous pic... you see it a lot on forums an the like where people use it as avatar or a signature... i don't know who he is.
Can you help?

Sure lets not cover the works machines with porn or any major expletives but the line can go too far in the safe direction.
