Anyone knows how to make this… mmm… "red and blue anti-aliasing" text like this?

Just zoom in pictures for understanding what i talking about.
I try to make this manualy in photoshop by the copying, coloring and shifting rasterized text layers, but it's not so smooth and takes time.
There must be a program or plugin for photoshop to do this automatically. Anyone knows?
