Our company just recently launched this website... www.allegrogift.com (http://www.allegrogift.com)

I did everything from coding to design (including layout, colours, logo, etc), basically everything except the photos.

Seems fine ... though I personally detest those rollover drop-menus.

The photos throughout the site are really enhanced by your simple design ... a good thing, as people are easily enticed by strong images, particularly photos. I also like your christmas catalogue-esq treatment on the photos too ... very nicely done.

I would suggest tidying your rollover drop-menu designs though, and the grey menu you have on the homepage ... they really don't compliment what you've achieved with the rest of the design.
