embedding html into an email?

so i have this letterhead that i designed in PS. jobbed it out in quark. my web skills aren't that great so what i want to do is send emails to clients that have the letterhead in the body of the message not just attached at the bottom as a tiff file. thanks in advance for any suggestions? - Josh
