Banner Graphics

Hi, my name is Dirk. Looks like a good site to ask this question. Does anyone know how or where to find someone that does banner graphics for clan type gaming sites. I`m talking about the graphics that are placed on the top of a clan site page.... example

I understand graphics like this will come at a cost, but I would like to start up my own clan and I dont know a thing about paint shop pro or any programs of the kind. I dont have any details for a banner yet, but if I could please get steered in the right direction, I can finally make some decisions.

Look for some sig hobby sites (signature) or other clan or gaming sites. Usually people who are hobbyists do this for fun for gamers and are gamers themselves. It should cost you to have a pro GD do it for you (but you aren't making any money from it). A design student may jump on it for you. Are you still in school? Maybe an art student you know would help you out.
