Flash proms

Recently started constructing a website by flash. I know nuts about flash and I'mlearning it step by step as I construct. My only guru is books ... blah ... blah...

Now I'm stuck. I'm trying to create a link to my e-mail but I just can't find how to do this. Do I have to create a button? Or a graphic will do?
