FlexiSign Help

Hi i have FlexiSign 7.6 v2. i have just bought a Graphtec Vinyl Cutter CE5000-60 but within FlexiSign there are no drivers in the drop down menu. how do i add the drivers for the new Cutter within FlexiSign so it is recognised.

Have you loaded the driver for the plotter, either by download or by disk??? Usually that will add to the menu automatically.

Have you told your PC to 'detect new hardware'. Does it see the plotter?

The other question is does this older version of Flexi work with your particular plotter? Is the plotter new?

hi, no the plotter is 2 years old, maybe i should have installed the software for the cutter first then try flexi

It shouldn't matter which order. Most sign companies don't install flexi every time they get a new plotter.

Turn off Flexi before loading the driver. Follow the instructions that come with the driver as to whether or not the plotter has to be on when you load it.
