Alright so basically I just need a little feedback. The site is just a .jpg (its not coded yet) but it will be eventually.
Anything wrong? etc..

There is no focal point, and I don't think adding content will fix that. There is no structure, and is bland in look and feel. Try new placement of your logo and nav. Add some "fake" copy and headlines so you can get a sense of structure.
Wonder what it would look like if the photo were bigger and placed on top of that "highlight" in your background and then that was boxed out and your entire background was just black and you could use the bronze coloring as an accent?
Just a few first impression comments.
Very dark and uninviting for a doctor.

I do agree that it is infact too dark and has no focal point. The content was supposed to be the focal point but who knows. It just came out extremely dark for whatever reason. ill try to liven things up. I was going to make a white(or lighter colors) and blue version of this same layout.

Looks like a profile for some wonnab actor or singer. I probably wouldn't buy his album.

Why does the site have to conform to the standard web layout (Home, About me...). You should look at making something a bit different and unusual if you want this site to be different from other doctor sites, However it needs to clinical and corporate enough for people to want to come to him for advice. At the moment he looks like heis more worried about his looks, rarther than giving me a prostate examination. Dont mean to be rude, but I need to feel like I can trust him.
looks like a online dating profile

That logo does not say anything about a doctor to me. I thought it was JZ's new logo. Also using a gradient is ok online, but if you move into print... BE CAREFUL.
definitely looks more like an actor site, doesnt give an impression of trust at all. i dont like the buttons either, the font is overused and the odd shape and bevel effect is a bit outdated.

Looks like something for a model and not a doctor. If you want it to be dead obvious, kill the brown and go for a medical blue-green. I think you skipped the research step in your design. Look at this doctor's competitors, local hospitals, or even bigger hospitals or doctors in other areas.

This is a "Family Practice"??
Like the others have said, this does NOT look like a site for a doctor --maybe a cheesey plastic surgeon. Even they tend to have more of a conservative/traditional medicine look.
I understand the desire to set him off from the others, but you have to think of HIS target audience. People looking for a medical practice to bring their family will not know what to make of this.
Treat a doctor's website the same way an interior designer would treat a doctor's office and waiting room.
