Hi Dave,
I will take a look and see what's up, but i think you may have a couple of legal issues namely the use of eBay (trademark) and also a very similar logo to the eBay logo. I am afraid if ebay gets wind of your use you may have a legal problem with them. Are you licensing the use of 'eBay' and their trademarked logo? Just curious.

Trademarks whether text or image (drawn object) can be very problematic. I nearly ran afowl several times with trademark holders and in the end was lucky enough to get permissions (had to have all sorts of disclaimers regarding not being asscoaited with, etc), but i did manage to do it. Most larger companies have guidelines for proper use, i think eBay has a terms and use agreement for what can and cannot be done with their trademark name and logo.

I would hate to see you get hit by eBay lawyers.

Yeah, they've got enough cash already. I've emailled them with a link to a copy of the logo and the fact that disclaimers would be on the site.. waiting on a reply..
