(Corel RAVE 3.0)

I am creating a simple movie where i need a circle (radius 12.5) to move along a short freehand drawn path. The path is smaller than the radius of the circlebut consists of about 20 nodes. I have gone through the usual procedure of attaching an object to the path etc.. but when it actually renders all the frames the circle has completely gone off track, its as if it has made its own path somehow. Im not sure if this a consequence of making the path too complex, having too many frames for such a short distance (15frames to move approx. 15 pixels)or having a path that is actually smaller than the object.
Is there some reason as to why the object should not stay on the path i have drawn? The object is not an instance of a symbol.

I'm sorry if i messed up terminology and jargon i'm new to vector animation.

I honestly don't know ANYTHING about that program. This is the first time I've heard of it...
Anyway, my suggestion would be for you to get Flash. It's the standard for vector animation.
There's so much you can do with it, that I know it's not going away any time soon.
Also, since it's very popular, there are a lot of resources out there as far as tutorials go.

Another thing that makes Flash the best, is the amount of third party plug-ins(extensions)that are being developed for it.
Since you're into vector animation, you'd probably love the Toon_Titan plug-in. There are so many more good ones, but there's no point in me listing them here, but yeah -get Flash.
