Hello to all members of this forum!

I'm tying to create my website in a different style but after over doing makes me unsure http://www.graphicdesignforum.com/emoticons/oops.gif
Anyway, to see my errors, Ineed other expirienced designers comments/critics http://www.graphicdesignforum.com/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Its still under construction though, I just made the layout and trying to find where to place the navigation buttons on the top.

I like it... the only suggestion i would make so far would be to remove the black line under the flash, perhaps do a little more with the flash for such a large space and then perhaps organise the large right hand menu. Nice colours, nice curved effect

Thanks for the reply! The black line i placed it there to remind myself that its a big space to leave out with nothing...glad you noticed it. This forum will help a lot of designer that are stucked with there own style. Looking and observingothers work inspired meso far.

Another project i have is a website for an Indian restaurant... Check it out..and critiques needed http://www.graphicdesignforum.com/emoticons/biggrin.gif

I like, nice and spacious site.

Not gonna be filled with content so it should continue to look smart.
The only tweek i would make is something like a ' | ' to split the contact us and how to find text (top right)

Just a small observation, but important I feel.

On the homepage, your title is "What do we do?", and on the portfolio page, your title is "My online projects". I wouldn't mix "we" and "my" ... make a decision on whether the site is talking from a collective (we) perspective, or from your own individual (my) perspective.

I'd also drop the select menu ... they only work with Javascript anyway (not a problem, as you have the main menu too, but it looks tacky if your client doesn't have or require, javascript ... most importanly, you already have a working menu, and a small and neater looking one too). Remove the select menu says I.

Is it just me .. or does the 'Timeless' link look a little lower than the other two links? Anyways, it is quite elegant ... I don't like the way the 'W' is indented into the paragraph the way it is though ... could look better somewhat more aligned with the left of the paragraph block. and the 'graphics and Design : Eduardo Verzosa' looks too faded too me ... I do like the font at the bottom-left though .. 'Olivija' is that? Very nice ... I think the 'Endless affection' is too spaced out too.

I think with that 'olivija' font and the stunning photograph, you've enough to inspire the design on some more ... so, what is that font? if you don't mind me asking?

I used "ASL Script" font on it.

I will move "Designed by: Eduardo Verzosa" on the lower and smaller letter when i publish that on the web. Thanks for the comment!
