I'm not sure but I don't think you can do multiple pages in Illustrator. I have never needed to or even tried but I don't think its an option. I COULD be wrong tho of course ;o) What are you working on that you need multiple pages in Illustrator?

Illustrator itself does not support multipaging.
You can buy software that helps (it's a plug-in for Illustrator) from www.Hotdoor.com.
You might want to ask your output source if they can print it though. It's not a standard practice.

wups. My bad.
Hotdoor Multipage ($49US) only works with Illy 9 and 10 and it works in 10 in OSX. It hasn't been updated for CS yet.
Sorry.

You can go to your page setup and make a the document 2x wider or higher than normal, select page tiling at the bottom. You will notice that a page tool outline will show up for as many pages it can fit. If you want more, just make the page bigger -- it will print as multiple documents, and you will notice a number system at the bottom for the page you are on.
You should be doing this in InDesign, though:)

Bradyj, the page tiling function isn't necessarily placing the page outline correctly depending on the output device selected by the printer. I wouldn't use this method and expect to get the page contents in the exact place each time unless you are printing it yourself or are VERY specific to your printer (this type of file rates a bonehead tax, BTW).
Freehand and Corel support multipage. It can be....inconveniant, to put it mildly.
Vero4ka- what are you creating that requires multipaging in Illustrator?

Agreed, but that's the only solution if you want to use Illustrator for multipaging, without a plugin -- and Corel/Freehand are not of the uptmost quality. Either way, this should be a Quark or InDesign option.
