I dont mean to sound rude but it looks like any other tutorial site I have seen
are you really here to get input or are you trying to generate traffic to your site?
neon colors arent that mainstream because they hurt my eyes

I would add some sort of very subtle pattern in the gray background cuz it's a little boring. And there are a good amount of typo's, might want to check that out.
