If there exists such a place on the GDF please bonk me over the head and tell me where it is, but if not, how about creating an forum for us to find other graphic designers in our area?
For example, I'm in Southern California right now and thinking about moving to Sacramento area and want to find out how it is for design jobs, fun places, etc.
I bet others would find this useful too, no?
