does anyone know how to erase the getty images text found on pictures in www.gettyimages.com (http://www.gettyimages.com)

Yup...the watermark is there so that you can't use the pictures unless you purchase them. If you check out resource section on this forum, there are some sites that you can get free images from.

If it's for a comp then just leave it in. At least your client knows that there will be a 1K price hike on your estimate once he sees it.

If you create an account with them, (yes you have to do that [valid credit card required]).
you can have access to larger COMP images without the watermark.

Purchase the image once the comp is approved.

You don't know what you don't know.
