Custom shapes?

Ok, I've downloaded these, used these, and now I want to create one but can't figure it out... have done a few web searches and will continue but thot I'd check here. Anybody have a quick step by step? I'm using CS (oh and am on a PC, if that matters here).

LOL nevermind! I figured it out...

For those of you interested .... Select your shape, make it a working path, play with the tolerance, and then go to Edit > Define custom shape, and viola.
