Radio HighWay Logo

Hi all. I want an opinion for this logo. It's for one radio which will be for people on the road. It will play traffic news and things like that. I'll be very happy if you comment it.

i think the slanted box and the type should be at the same angle. it looks wierd as is.

Coma is right. Also, the logo needs more originality and more study. It´s too basic. Only my opinion.

I agree with the above comments. It's too basic
Think of a metaphor which conveys the theme
Play with forms and shapes or different fonts to come up with a generic symbol which is easily identified
Simplify it...

what about a play of the double yellow lines that run down the center of the highway instead of the yellow box? Just a thought.

my problem is readability on the type face, I can read radio hwy fine, but whats the tag line say...consider this

Personally I like the colour. But maybe can tryusing brighter more lively ones?

The words are pretty cramped, and there's a hole in the center.

I would suggest using lower case for 'H' and 'W', then reduce the size of highway till it's the same width as 'Radio'.

Alternatively, bring all 3 words together on the same baseline.

Just keep trying, soon you'll get it just right. If not perfect.

The text below 'HighWay' is in Bulgarian. I think the logo has idea but I'm not sure you have seen it. My idea: the 'R' and the 'H' are forming highway.

That direction is quite creative. Just need to make it more obvious.

If you follow the first two advices and make the BG parallel, then I'm sure the highway will become obvious enuf.

I'm afraid I can't change it because the people from the radio already liked it and this is the final logo. I've just wanted opinions :) Thank you all
