Purely a functionality comment.. I like the left/right division of the members sections. However, it's a little weird that the side the mouse is on only highlights when you rollover the button. t'd seem more usable and interactive if the left or right side highlighted when your mouse was anywhere in the left or right side, not just roilling over the button. It feels funny when you rollover members, highlight the right side... then move the mouse to the left side and the right is still highlighted. Good god that sounds confusing... sorry about that. Make sense though?
