Hey guys,
I found a nice non-profit I'm beginning work with, Peer Servants (http://www.peerservants.org). Thats my logo I've already developed for them...They went right with one of the initial concepts, no revisions! In any case I'm also getting more involved with them in making the whole suite of their print materials, I'm very excited. I feel like there is a very fufilling feeling in doing this work. (No, not getting paid.) I feel that they are able to provide me some nice portfolio work, some knowledge on running a business (They are extremely organized, run by a guy from John Hancock). And Another plus is one of the people I met in the meeting last night may be able to get me some freelance work with a Huge Architecual firm in boston, This is awesome.

Jeff Fischer of LogoMotives, your right in this being a way to network, and serve in a fufilling rule. I appreciate all the input you've given on creative latitude, and in your book. And I appreciate the coaching everyone on the GDF has given me.

That's pretty cool, Drorain! Glad to hear that it is working for ya. Good luck with those leads. Networking is truly an amazing thing. Morea and I just got Jeff's book yesterday and look forward to what that will do to help us. Let us know if the leads pan out.

Nice logo too!!

On my screen it looks like there are 5
You could even make it down to a two color if you choose the right colors.
Pick a green, and a deep red and then just use a shade of that deep red for your other red.
Just an idea, will save your client a little in printing costs.

I'm doing a similar thing for a company, but i'm hoping to get paid (a lot). I'll make sure they don't read your article, they might suggest i just take the 'EXPERIENCE'!
