here are a couple of logos i just finished up for a DJ agency. the flipside logois the main one they will use and flipteam logois for the dj's them selves to use (so i understand).

Let me know what you all think.

its cool, i would be slightly concerned about your kerning and how that font will look shrunk down onto vinyl labels. other then that I like it, the dots remind me of the bedrock stuff...

do you know who bedrock is? If so they have almost the exact same design on some of their limited edition vinyl pressings. I got a one sided track, and on the other side is dots that fade into a giant B, I tried googling it but couldn't find a pic, maybe ill put one up for you when i get home.

Hey, it's a cool design! Using a simple circle to create consistency is simple and straight forward.

Just one technical concern. What if the client need to do a small print? Or if the space allocated for the logo is quite small, be it print or web. 'Vinly' will definetly disappear. The 'flip___' might have a chance of surviving the squeeze...

i agree about the 'vinyl'. it was an after thought , not part of the original design

Do you have any priliminary sketches?
A little more info on the pieces?
Target Auduience?
ETC.
The type is going to need work, here it is at 1'x1' and it is very hard to read
Circles also kind of mold together.
I like it, but it needs a little work.

concept is excellent, I enjoy the colors used, and the shapes are memorable. I like the font as well, I use something like it in quite a few of my designs. Either of these applied to BC or LH yet? I'd like to see stationary, could look cool

I can't see a thing TB.

The image indicate 4kb. Kinda too small...

But I believe pean77 and everyone else understand what you're trying to show. ;)

I like the idea, but I agree with others when they say it might look mushy if it has to be scaled down smaller. Maybe increase the kerning on the letters, and maybe increase the stroke of the lines of thelogo and make the dots a little bigger...
