Hi
I'm outputting a quark file which contains logos. These have been created in illustator and saved as eps's (as usual) I create a pdf and the logos look fine, but when the pdfs is sent to press the logos have a small piece missing at the top.
Has anyone come across this b4. Any help appreciated.
Is the box the logo is in bigger then the logo. Your boxes should expand beyond the logo. Sometimes Quark cuts off text too if the text box is exactly big enough.

Yep. The pdf's look fine. They appear ok and I've dragged plenty of box, and they print fine to an inkjet. Just when they are placed in the layout software. Other logos work fine. I've tried saving down to an earlier version and pasting the logo into another illy doc. </div>
The logo is an elipse with text below. It just cuts a few mil off the top of the logo.</div>
I guess I'll have to re draw the elipse, which I didn't want to do as it's a bit fidley and I'll have to get it crack on.</div>
