Photoshop Plug-In would not open

I'm using Photoshop cs on a pbg4. And I'm trying to open the 3d Transform Fliter Plug-In (from the extra/resource disk). But all I get when I click it is, 'Can not open file because it is not that kind of document'. Anyone happend to know why it will not open? Thanks for your help in advance.

You have to drag and drop (copy/paste) the plug-in into the plug-in folder inside the Photoshop folder on your hard drive. Then restart Photoshop. It will add the filter to the filter (or effects) drop down in the menubar.
