Design Software

HI,

i'm a local promoter of shows here in Montreal, QC. I was at a venue the other night and i saw their designer use a program to make illustrations and characters. The program seemed to have an image database with loads of hands, bodys, clothes, etc that you could fit on a model to rapidly create the graphics you need. Would anyone know of such a program that comes with an image databse of some sort??
