Sort of a sticky stretchy semisolid booger goo that's great for attaching printed materials that are intended to be pulled apart. If you have no idea what I'm talking about take a look at the attachment.

I think it might be handy to stick my business card inside some booklets once I get off my lazy butt and get them printed. Die cut business card holders aren't really in the budget :)

this is where we got ours, they only come as dots on rolls of 6000, but for 6000 it's only like 60 bucks.
I would ask them to send you the sample card, there are four different tackinesses from semi sticky to super duper sticky, and that one is way way sticky!

LMAO!

You can tell how 'far' the industry has come when the Newbs don't know what Rubber Cement is anymore.

If you put it on one piece it will peel off.
It you put it on both pieces, it will bond very heavily.

PD is a grande format digital print dude. His advice/opinions may not apply to the 4color/offset/web world of printing

My college got us using 'Cow Gum'. You can use it to temporarily glue anything and when you let it set it is still 'icky' like boogers.

I'm in England, not sure if it is used worldwide...

When 30 students are all using it in one room you can get high as a mother f**ker too. use it in a well ventilated area! :)

if you want removeable sticky media, you should try Studio Tac, works better, and no goo mess. . .But rubber cement is best if you want something for sniffin afterwards

LOL...sorry I don't get my kicks from a bottle of rubber cement.

PD, is this stuff really rubber cement? It seemed too thick and sturdy to be cement. I might give it a go and see if I can make it work.

It's not rubber cement at all, it's the booger glue that holds a cd to a magzine in a store. There's two ways of doing it, most times it's done with a machine as part of post production printing, otherwise you can buy the 'boogers'. that's why it's hard to find them, it's almost always done in some production facility.

Try contacting your printer too, that's who i got the name from
