Well, I went through my usual midmorning round of worthlessness, but asked a productive question on one of the forum. But I got a bit of pleasant news this morning, I switched car insurance companies a few months ago because the old one was absolutely terrible and unhelpful (don't get me started), and the old place was threatening to sue me for non payment. I had them paid in full right before the switch, a switch my new insurance company has documentation on so I told them to 'bring it on.' Well, just got a call from the secretary of the old car insurance place, and she actually said that since I was no longer a customer, she could fess up and admit that Ralph Jones (insurer) has had a huge amount of complaints against him. To make the story short, the old place had paperwork error (or somethign to the effect) and is issuing me an $80 check. Yay!

you can often get better deals on flights if you are willing to book late and be fflexible about what time you leave. I think neuro and I booked over hotwire.com the week before we had to fly down to VA, and we got a good deal.

i could quit my job!!! :o that would be nice. lol. i called expedia.com and said i booked many trips with u.. etc, etc and tried to get 'info' on best times to book for a trip to save the best $ and dude was a ass. He was so not helpful.

I said well what if i gaurentee yall like 4+ flights.. book em all at once. can i get a good deal like all around the $240 range which is normal. and dude is like naw. its like pancake u dude. lol :p he couldnt understand the concept .. Well if you have 4 ppl going instead of 1 u would save some money. Okay let me spend more and bring 3 friends to mississippi with me so my ticket goes down!
