I need to write a customer satisfaction survey to send out to some of our customers... the goal is toevaluate the way our service technicians go about the job and hopefully streamline efficiency of service calls.
I realize that the survey has to be relatively short, simple to understand and respond to, and that it should be sent with a self-addressed, postage paid envelope to encourage people to return it. We will also offer a small incentive for those who DO actually complete and return the survey.
Do you guys have anyotherideas of how to make this effective and encourage response? If anybody has ever doneanything related before I'd love to hear from you!
Power to the Old Schoolers! and btw, if you can't say something nice, shut the hell up.
