How do you print just one spread page without having to print the whole file when your printing spreads?

If I am understanding you right, You just tell it to print from page 2-2 (or whatever page it is you are wanting to print). Instead of pages 2-3 which would be the entire spread.
Not sure I am understanding you right tho.

You can print using the physical page number (+8-+9). Don't know if that's gonna solve your issue or not.
You don't know what you don't know.

Worse comes to worse, for some reason you can't figure that out, just load one sheet of paper in the printer...once you get the first page off, then cancel the print job.
Conversely, you can copy and paste that page into a new document and print it.
^ ^ those examples are the absolute extreme way to get around your problem. What d-zine and jimeda suggested are the best ways. But i'm really bored now so I thought I'd come up with some back ups.

As I understand you want to print the spread: page 4-5 for example.
Then you print pages 4-5, spread and give the proper width of paper
